Cancellation and returns/exchanges

We hope that you will be delighted with your order as we care very much about the products we sell and the customer service we offer. However, in the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged please email us at info@urbancuckoo.co.uk immediately so that we can arrange an exchange at your convenience.

If for some reason you are not satisfied and would like to return a product for a full refund or exchange, please email us at info@urbancuckoo.co.uk to let us know, then post the item back within 14 days of receipt to the address below where we will gladly offer you an exchange or refund. Please note we cannot offer refund by cheque.

Once you have contacted us via email as stated above, please return the relevant item(s) in an unused state complete with tags in the original packaging, along with a note of your order number, within 14 days of receipt of the goods to the address below. You will be liable for any charges incurred when returning the goods and we recommend that you obtain proof of postage from the Post Office. We cannot accept liability for goods lost or damaged in transport.

If you wish to cancel an order for any reason before it has been sent, please contact us via email: orders@urbancuckoo.co.uk. If your order has already been dispatched, then we are unable to cancel the delivery. However, you are still able to return the items to us for a full refund. Once we have heard from you that you wish to cancel an order, any sum debited to us from your credit or debit card will be re-credited within 30 days of your order, provided the goods you return are in the same condition that they were delivered to you.

All overseas orders will be refunded in Sterling. Urban Cuckoo cannot be held responsible for any fluxuations in exchange rates and consequent loss of currency as a result. We would ask our customers to consider this before placing any overseas orders.
