Dear Jennifer, I meant to contact you a few weeks ago to let you know that we are delighted with the trophy stag. It has pride of place in our new holiday home in Aviemore and looks great. Thanks also for the tea towel that you popped into the order to compensate for the delay. It has boosted the number of tea towels we have over there to 4 (we’ll really need to get more!) The delay wasn’t an issue for us as we didn’t get the keys for the house until march 27th. We appreciated the attention to detail and the level of customer care shown by your company.
