We may revise these terms and conditions at any time. You should check this website from time to time to review the current terms and conditions. If you do not wish to accept any new terms and conditions, you should not continue to use this website. The terms do not affect your statutory rights.
You must be eighteen years old or older to use this website. If you are under eighteen, you may only use this website with the agreement of, and under the supervision of, a parent or guardian. If you do not qualify, please do not use this website. You warrant that all details you provide for the purposes of ordering or purchasing goods are true, accurate, current and complete, and that the credit or debit card you are using is your own and there are sufficient funds to cover payment of the product(s) ordered.
Prices and promotions
All prices and charges on the website are shown in UK pounds sterling. They include any VAT payable at the current rates. Where we charge separately for packing, postage and other relevant charges, the appropriate rates are set out in our specified pricing structure shown elsewhere on this website. We are not responsible for any other importation taxes, sales taxes or charges that may be levied at the delivery destination. Although we endeavour to ensure that all pricing information on the website is accurate, occasionally an error may occur and goods may be mispriced. If we discover a pricing error we will, at our discretion, either: contact you and ask you whether you wish to cancel your order or continue with the order at the correct price; or notify you that we have cancelled your order. We will not be obliged to supply goods at the incorrect price. Prices that are reduced for sales and promotions are only valid for the specified period. We reserve the right to adjust prices, offers, goods and specification of goods on the website at our discretion at any time before (but not after) we accept your order. Return Customer Discounts are for UK Deliveries Only.
Ordering
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store and add any items you wish to buy into the shopping basket. At the checkout page you will be asked for the details that we need to be able to complete your order. You will have an opportunity to check and correct any errors in your order up until the point at which you submit your order by clicking the “submit order” button on the secure ordering page. All orders made by you through the website are subject to acceptance by us and product availability. We may choose not to accept your order for any reason and will not be liable to you in those circumstances. When placing an order, you agree that any and all information given is accurate and complete. After submitting an order to us we will send you a confirmation email to the email address given in your order, detailing your order reference number and the goods ordered. Please note this email is an acknowledgement and is not an acceptance of your order. Acceptance of your order takes place when we despatch your goods. You must check all the details on this confirmation email are correct and contact us as soon as possible if anything is incorrect.If you order goods which are not available from stock, we will contact you by email and you will have the option to wait until the goods are available or cancel your order in accordance with our cancellation and returns policy.
Payment
Payments can be made securely by most major credit or debit cards. All credit or debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorise payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.
Delivery
We make every effort to dispatch your order as soon as possible. The delivery period stated within which you will receive your order is approximate. Please allow 10 days for delivery. Goods will be sent to the address given by you in your order.
Cancellation and returns/exchanges
We hope that you will be delighted with your order as we care very much about the products we sell and the customer service we offer. However, in the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged please email us at info@urbancuckoo.co.uk immediately so that we can arrange an exchange at your convenience.
If for some reason you are not satisfied and would like to return a product for a full refund or exchange, please email us at info@urbancuckoo.co.uk to let us know, then post the item back within 14 days of receipt to the address below where we will gladly offer you an exchange or refund. Please note we cannot offer refund by cheque.
Once you have contacted us via email as stated above, please return the relevant item(s) in an unused state complete with tags in the original packaging, along with a note of your order number, within 14 days of receipt of the goods to the address below. You will be liable for any charges incurred when returning the goods and we recommend that you obtain proof of postage from the Post Office. We cannot accept liability for goods lost or damaged in transport.

If you wish to cancel an order for any reason before it has been sent, please contact us via email: orders@urbancuckoo.co.uk. If your order has already been dispatched, then we are unable to cancel the delivery. However, you are still able to return the items to us for a full refund. Once we have heard from you that you wish to cancel an order, any sum debited to us from your credit or debit card will be re-credited within 30 days of your order, provided the goods you return are in the same condition that they were delivered to you.
All overseas orders will be refunded in Sterling. Urban Cuckoo cannot be held responsible for any fluxuations in exchange rates and consequent loss of currency as a result. We would ask our customers to consider this before placing any overseas orders.
Stock Availability
Although we do keep every item on the website in stock, there may be times when we run out of a certain item and have to reorder from our suppliers. If an item is out of stock, we will advise you of an anticipated delivery date and place the order on the back-order to forward to you separately, if you wish.

Links to third party websites are provided for your convenience and if you use these links, you will leave this website. We are not responsible for these websites or their content or availability. If you decide to access any of the third party websites linked to this website, you do so entirely at your own risk.
Liability
We do not accept liability for any errors and/or omissions contained in our website and reserve the right to change information, prices, specifications and descriptions of listed goods, products and services at any time and without notice.
We have taken every measure to provide accurate product images for each product for sale on the website. However, due to a number of different factors such as Internet browsers, monitor colour contrasts etc., we cannot be held responsible or liable for any differences in colour between the image and the actual product.
We make no warranty that the website will meet your requirements or will be uninterrupted, timely or error-free, or that the website or the server that makes it available are free of viruses or bugs. We will not be responsible or liable to you for any loss of content or material uploaded or transmitted through the website.
